We're now able to offer Home Information Packs all covered by AHIPP the association of HIP providers and conforming to the HIP code. You don't have to order a HIP from your estate agent, and this gives you complete flexibility. You should find that we are good value for money, very quick and we can usually conduct the EPC survey within a day. 

If you'd like to compile the HIP yourself, we can provide the Energy Performance Certificate for you, our prices are on "Cost of an EPC" tab.

Our on line system lets you complete the Property Information Questionnaire and alerts both you and your estate agent when the elements of your home pack are complete. This allows you and your estate agent to begin marketing your property at the soonest possible moment.

You need to allow 3 to 4 weeks for a HIP pack. (It's the searches / lease enquiries that can take the longest time).

£290 freehold & £300 leasehold. Please note; this is for an electronic pdf version. It includes the EPC survey within this price and there's no VAT to pay. For a printed copy of your HIP (approx 68 pages) - Price on Application.
